CREDIT POLICY (there are no refunds)
A season pass credit (valid until the end of the next ski season) will be issued with either:
A) A medical certificate from your doctor, or
B) Proof of permanent relocation more than 200km from Mont Ste-Marie.
All credits are subject to a $25 administrative fee and calculated as follows:
75% credit between November 20th and December 24th, 2009;
50% credit between December 25th, 2009 and January 15th, 2010.
After January 15th, 2010, no credit will be issued.
